If you have already read the tutorials How it Works and Basic Page Search Setup, and have looked at the available how-tos, then use the FAQ to locate the answer to your question.

Choose the appropriate topic below to go to the desired information.

3. Library > Reference > CC Help > Library Help
The library contains all the available documentation on your search engine. This includes the FAQ, tutorials, and more. It is accessible when you are logged in to your account by using the library tab, or when you are not logged in by going to The Library.

Problem: You are indexing a "homestead" site.
Solution:
Homestead automatically does a number of bizarre things to your site. For more information see the FAQ item: How do I index my Homestead site?.

Problem: You are indexing a "safeshopper" site.
Solution:
SafeShopper sites are unusual in that every link on their sites is unique! This results in a dramatically high page count unless you set up your FreeFind account a special way. For more information see the FAQ item: How do I index my Safeshopper site?.

subscribe
Use this page to remove the advertising from the search results by subscribing. Subscription plans start at only $5/month.

build index
This page is used to control the "spider" (indexer) which visits your site in order to build the index for it.

customize
To change the look and feel of your results, use the configuration options on this page.

html
This page contains the HTML to add to your site. Search panels, text links, etc.

reports
The reports page is used to see what your visitors are trying to find on your site. Are you meeting expectations?

admin
If you need to change your site address, email address or other basic account information then this is the page to use.

library
The library contains all of the search engine documentation. For the FAQ, tutorials, "how-tos" and more look here.
